After receiving emails from royal mail stating delivery would be on the 3/12/24 it has still not arrived not a happy customer

Boots unserviceable after a five months
Bought husband a pair of walking boots for Xmas and the left boot has split on the upper. Both boots have split on the sole. They have been used in fairly light conditions whilst walking a dog on a golf course.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Very helpful sorting out a refund for me
I had ordered a wetsuit for my daughter, not realizing my wife had already bought one. When I realized this, I contacted Sports Pursuit and it was resolved with a refund.

Resolved: Missing parcel
I ordered it on the 18th of March it's the 29th March still no trainers ... so not great .but they have two warehouses on in the UK and one in Germany. I get the impression that if it's out of stock here then it could take an age .it's quicker to get goods from China!!
